Hi I’m Laura

Are you looking to improve your physical and mental wellbeing though the traditional teachings and movement practices of yoga and other similar techniques.

So was I! I have trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Ayurveda, among other modalities. It is through this training that I have learned to truly connect with myself and the world around me, changing my perspective and deepening my physical and emotional connection to my body. I am passionate to share this knowledge with others and guide others towards a happier, healthier, more sustainable life.
