Are you looking to reconnect with yourself and the world around you? Are you looking to improve your physical and mental wellbeing though the traditional teachings and movement practices of yoga?
So was I! I have trained in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, Traditional Chinese Medicine Theory and Ayurveda. It is through this training that I have learned to truly connect with myself, the elements, and the world around me, changing my perspective and deepening my physical and emotional connection to self. I am passionate to share this knowledge with others and guide others towards a happier, healthier, more sustainable life
